Just wrapped up Mat 1-3 Teachers Training at Blue Spirit, led by Page. An inspirational & informative experience! Page conducted a truly transformative class utilizing the ball for release work… Hoping we could have a similar class shared on Pilates Compass. The class was THAT good and everyone should experience it!!! 🙂
