Breathing vs. Bracing

Many people think they are engaging their core when they are actually holding tension and bracing.

Bracing often looks like gripping, breath holding, or creating unnecessary rigidity in the body.

Breathing, on the other hand, allows for support with adaptability.

Our goal is not to create stiffness—it is to create stability that can still move and respond.

✨ This week, become curious:
Are you breathing while you move, or are you holding and bracing?
Can your clients maintain support while still allowing space for breath?

🌬️ Reflection Question:
What changes did you notice when you replaced gripping with breathing?
