**Give yourself the same grace you so freely give your clients.**
As Pilates teachers, we often hold ourselves to incredibly high standards. We want every cue to be perfect, every class to flow seamlessly, and every client to leave feeling amazing.
But the truth is, every class is an opportunity to learn.
Some days you’ll say exactly the right thing. Other days you’ll think of a better cue on the drive home. That’s not failure—that’s experience. Every class you teach is shaping you into a more skilled, observant, and compassionate instructor.
The teachers who continue to grow aren’t the ones who never make mistakes. They’re the ones who stay open, keep learning, and trust the process.
